Senior Developers at WORKlove understand and anticipate the needs and concerns of their team members and clients to create best-in-class digital products. Good enough just isn’t good enough. Candidates must have a strong desire to not only start new projects, but take them to completion, often under timelines that would be difficult for mortals.

A Senior Developer must leave any coding dogmas at home and be willing to jump into projects in languages that are unfamiliar with joy. An eagerness to learn is a must. While we don’t have a set development “stack,” we often work from backend to frontend in PHP, Ruby, Laravel, Rails, React, Vue, and SASS. We don’t believe in a “best” stack, just better stacks.
